Table d’hôte
We ourselves like lingering at the dinner table. Preferably outside on the terrace with a good glass of wine together with friends and family. We would like to share this with you. In the evening you can pull up a chair at our ‘table d’hôte’. We prepare a four-course dinner for you with fresh regional produce and with herbs from our kitchen garden (6 times a week).
Henk adores cooking, not only French cuisine but dishes from all over the world.
We have varied, colourful and scented menus, for example: a cappuccino of fennel, salad with fourme d’ambert,
pear and walnuts, Indian currysoup with chicken and apple, French tomato pie, redfish with a tomato-tarragonsauce,
magret de canard with cherries and sweet potatoe, Italian beef stew, Auvergne cheeses, apricot pie with lavender, tarte au citron…
A stay here means: relaxation, good food and drinks and conversations
with other guests under an overwhelming star-spangled sky.
If you wish, your children can enjoy our children’s table d’hôte
earlier in the evening. We prepare them a 2-course menu.
